You've got to love any state with its own official dance, and South Carolina surely does! For decades beach-goers have strutted their Pivots, Duck Walks, Boogie Walks, and Belly Rolls, Shagging on the sand from Myrtle Beach to Charleston to Hilton Head. Finally in 1984, lawmakers in Columbia made it official.
